I just noticed something... This is supposed to be a soundtrack for an anime. All of the songs are in english (ignoring garterbelt, as his stuff are not songs)

Well I know for the vocal clips like in Fly Away, and the Scanty & Kneesocks Theme, it's because they're remixes of songs that are probably not from Japan.
As for the stuff like D City Rock, or Champion, I'm not sure. Maybe because Imashi's a reverse-weeaboo. Or maybe because they had that whole english thing running through the show. I have no idea.
