advice? soak it all in, let everything out all at once. dont forget or try to run from it, facing it forward is what has worked best for me. although we all process things differently, i believe thats the best way to go about these things. you may also never find the answers you were looking for, i wont say to not get upset by that. i definitely was. it may take a while to move on but nevertheless one thing is certain. at the end of the day we have to keep moving forward. for those around us, for those not with us and most importantly for yourself.

Hi, how're you doing lately? It's been a few days since you posted this but I hope you're feeling better, even if just a little bit. If you're still dealing with that anger, find something else you can do to lessen the emotion. Maybe try writing about what happened and express everytihng you feel, no need to show anyone else so you can write however you like. Personally, I like to listen to music so when I'm angry I find Metal and Heavy Rock music to help get rid of my own anger through the loud, noisy music, as if it was screaming everyting I feel for me, maybe you could give it a try as well?

don't try to rush raw emotions, accept your feelings and try to find healthy outlets for anger( join a gym, take up a physical discipline)
The pain may never fully go away, but it gets easier to manage.
