hey since i been a dollars member for long time i wanted to bring a new ideas to this community i was wondering if we ( as dollars ) could partner with a block watch program to help with together situations not as a corner section but vast areas ya know like this can be a one stop safe place similiar to those cabins or like those shelters

Great idea, but I think the biggest obstacle in this would cooperation at this large of a scale. I understand where you're coming from, but we need to consider as well the fact that very few people actively participate here.
