Hey everyone, as a new member of the Dollars, I've been thinking a lot about what we can do to expand our community and make a real difference in the world. I know that the Dollars has always been leaderless and rule-free, but I believe it's time for us to take some management and step up as a group.

When I look at our server, I'm amazed to see that a website from 2011 is still going strong. But I believe we can do even better! That's why I'm considering creating a YouTube channel to reach even more people and make our group more welcoming to others.

I'm not the only one with these ideas. Many of us share the same wishes of creating a gang that helps others or being part of a community that cares. Together, we can expand the Dollars and make it even bigger than it already is.

And if we really want to make a positive impact on the world, we need to evolve just like the anime says. I know that in the show, everything goes wrong with the Dollars, but we're not fiction. We can learn from the mistakes and create something that's even better.

So, what can we do? Let's start with the basics. We can clean up graffiti, help those in need, and make a real difference in our communities. But we need a symbol that represents what a Dollar member really is. And we need more people to recognize our group and show our accomplishments without taking credit for everything.

That's why I want to create a small documentary about what the Dollars are and what we've achieved. We can make videos of new missions and show everyone what we're capable of. Let's make the Dollars so popular that we can meet each other in every single part of the world!

Together, we can make a real difference. So, let's expand the Dollars, make it even better, and change the world for the better.

Check Missions', Countries' and even this board's past posts for similar ideas and the support/criticisms they received. You might get somewhere with that. Your sudden righteous urge to make a difference with the dollars might also fizzle out just like everyone else's-- or it might smolder on until it makes a real difference somewhere.

I agree with you. Lots of people have complained and tried to revive the community. I'm passionate about this cause and want to make a difference with your help. The website hasn't been updated since 2016, and it's now just a nostalgia site for many. Even though it might die, I want to try and improve it. Can you support me?

I would really like that to be that way, I discovered this site many years ago and even when I read a lot of posts from here I've never seen the site to be as popular as you want. I would like it though...

It all depends on my personal efforts, but also on the support of the community members. While luck can play a role, it's not the most important factor. My goal is to create a YouTube channel where I would start by defining what the dollar is and explaining the current situation. I would discuss both the positive and negative aspects of the community in this video. I plan to upload the mission statement to both the YouTube channel and our existing platform. In the beginning, I will start with small things. The first mission will be to take a picture of a paper with the word "dollars" on it to give the community an idea of how many active members there are in the group.

To further engage the audience, I will document myself completing missions or have other members send me videos of the missions they have accomplished. This way, we can showcase the work that the dollars are doing behind the scenes. We could also recreate old missions that are already out there. I'm particularly interested in the blood donation aspect, where each member would anonymously take a picture of themselves donating blood without showing their faces. We could see how much blood we can collect during a specific time period.

All of these things can be achieved through collaboration. Members can contribute their skills in marketing, editing, web designing, and more. I believe that rebranding the group is the key to expanding its reach. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I am eager to hear from you all.

It would still be anonymous. I'm not going to reveal my face. Additionally, I believe that if people are still talking about this, it means that there is still high demand for creating it.

I would be interested in something like this, but I'm not sure if there are enough active people on this site that would be willing to participate, it seems to be quite dead to me tbh.

The website is slowly dying but I don't really care as long I have two or three loyal people who have the same ambition as me. I would rather try and fail than not trying and regret it

While this is a well thought idea, it is quite odd as this is just a fan made website based on what is in an anime,also for fans to communicate. Many people will find it odd for people taking something in an anime so seriously and trying to make it reality.

No matter how you word it, it is just people doing community service and calling it something from an anime, if you really wanna do something as people from this website you need to be original and not make old fiction real /imo /nm

You right and that is the best answer I ever heard so far. No one will take us seriosly since this place is a fan club. Instead replicating something fictional I should create my own original content. I still want to create a video about the server.

Hm, well have you checked out the Discord server yet? It isn't terribly active, but there are petitions and other community service stuff posted where people can participate in, but mainly it's just about chatting. Still, might be worth checking out if you'd like.

Truth be told CLC if you seek any of what you say leave the colorless out of it. You're barking up the wrong tree.

I had high hopes from a  website that has been based on anime. I'm the one who is ignorant for believing in a group of strangers. Also I tried to join the discord server and they are nice people but It just feels like every other server.

CLC yes please this is what the dollars need and I'm willing to help.

but I have other ideas for the dollars not for it to be a thing ware people do nice things that should be a common sense but I'm not raging I'm just saying if you want to make a group in the dollars for that because in the fandom many don't think it sounds fun or something else but I'm still interested in that idea of yours.

I like your spirit and energy tbh and I'm agree with u, is important to make the difference with good actions in this terrible world. But I'm not sure about let other people know us, I mean a lot lf eyes mean a lot of trouble...

That's a good point but I think in this modern world is easy to target someone based on their own bias. We can't satisfy everyone that's life but tbh I don't think we will become that famous.

The guy actually stuck around. "The Dollars" as it was in the show worked because of virality. If you wanna put together some organization that does things IRL, you need a purpose, some structure, and some leadership.

Pick some random end and start actively working on the means. Get something done and keep going from there.

Omg, last time I logged in was in, I believe, 2012, I'm honestly shocked that this site is still running and people want to actually do something with it? Would've never expect that! The whole idea of cleaning graffiti and stuff is great, but I feel like it'd just end up in folks saying they'll do stuff and never doing it irl. + it's still a fan club. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic idk. Also I'm not sure if making a video or something like that work at all, it could bring new dollars in but they'd just be anime fans? So kids who, from what I've seen, have problems with simple tasks such as giving up their seat for an elderly person in a tram? Not sure about it fam. (Sorry for being salty, but I'm salty)
