It's available on platforms like Netflix (Just S1 though), Crunchyroll, and Hulu. I ended up rewatching it on an unofficial website because DRRR isn't available on those official platforms in my country :')

I'd recommend 9anime.to, it has like every anime out there. It's free but it has some popup ads. Also, make sure that you're on 9anime.to and not like 9anime.me or something like that. Those are fake websites. If you notice that it says 9anime.id when you're watching there's no need to worry, it's just like that.

I'm currently rewatching the show on gogoanime.gg :)) Ad-blockers work well if u watch on pc. they're not too bothersome on mobile either. it's not available on Netflix for my region, apparently :(( but i hope that helps!!

They have both Durarara!! and Durarara!! x2 on hulu but it may exp in 9 days and will no longer be there.
