It's just a forum site really. I like to think of it as a community, a small group, but yeah, it's just a forum site. You will find that the dollars connects into a few other groups eventually making a sort of "extended circle" of the internet, with the dollars being a connected factor.

I think the dollars are a people that don't follow the rules. They are the people who help those in need, and those who help the minority, and if a dollar does not, they don't to be apart of the dollars. At least that's what I think.
