I think you should probably try to alter your grammar and spelling first. And I don't understand why people have to sing, dance, and paint, when we can do whatever we want. We can't really control anything in the universe, it just happens. We can only predict what might happen to them but we can't control them. The very concept of blocking an emotion is the same as controlling your emotions. If you can block them, then you've mastered controlling them.
