Do I create an account? If yes, how do I do that?

haaaai, from what i know u don't have to make an account it just goes off of a reoccurring username u choose, the site should save it after u use it a few times, i haven't had to enter my name after just using it twice. drrr.com is related but its a chatroom format, it doesnt link accs from what i know but i could be wrong
