Jamais vu and Presque vu, Unusual Phenomena Of The Mind Like Déjà Vu.

Déjà vu is the experience of being certain that you have experienced or seen a new situation previously – you feel as though the event has already happened or is repeating itself. The experience is usually accompanied by a strong sense of familiarity and a sense of eeriness, strangeness, or weirdness. The “previous” experience is usually attributed to a dream, but sometimes there is a firm sense that it has truly occurred in the past.
What is opposite of Déjà vu?

The opposite of deja vu is called Jamais vu. It’s a french word meaning “never seen”. It’s the feeling or experience that a person knows or recongnises a situation, but that it still seems very unfamiliar or unknown. A common example of Jamais vu is when a person momentarily does not recognize a word, person, or place that they already know.
Chris Moulin, of Leeds University, asked 92 volunteers to write out “door” 30 times in 60 seconds. He reported that 68 per cent of his guinea pigs showed symptoms of jamais vu, such as beginning to doubt that “door” was a real word. This has lead him to believe that jamais vu may be a symptom of brain fatigue.

Presque vu is similar to, but distinct from, the phenomenon called tip of the tongue, a situation where someone cannot recall a familiar word or name, but with effort eventually recalls the elusive memory. In contrast, déjà vu is a feeling that the present situation has occurred before, but the details are elusive because the situation never happened before.
Presque vu (from French, meaning “almost seen”) is the sensation of being on the brink of an epiphany. Often very disorienting and distracting, presque vu rarely leads to an actual breakthrough. Frequently, one experiencing presque vu will say that they have something “on the tip of my tongue”.

1. You can analyze your own handwriting or someone else's. It's best to try to get a sample of "normal" handwriting; that is, handwriting that wasn't written specially to be analyzed. If you're getting a sample from someone else, don't tell them why you want it until they've finished writing. This way, they won't think about their writing, which can change its characteristics.

4. Pressure:
Does the writer press the pen hard or softly against the paper? Turn the writer's paper over and check by using your finger to feel for grooves and ridges. This feature gives insights into health and willpower.
• Heavy pressure: healthy, forceful
• Light pressure: physically weak

5. Capital Letters:
Notice how capital letters look relative to other letters. This feature gives insights into how someone views him or herself.
• Very large: arrogant, dishonest
• Same size as small letters: humble

6. Writing Specific Letters:
a. "T" – This letter is one of the keys in analyzing handwriting. Notice how the "t" is crossed.
• Long line: overly aggressive
• Short line: fixated on ideas
• Thick line: wants to be in charge

b. "I" – How is the "i" dotted?
• Dot is high above stem: focuses on tiny details instead of bigger picture
• Dot close to stem: doesn't share easily

• Dash – like dot: anxious
• Circle dots: stubborn, fussy

7. Signature:
Most people develop and practice a signature, which isn't like normal handwriting. A signature is one's own personal "stamp" and often reveals what a person thinks he or she is like (or would like to be like). Compare the signature to the rest of the handwriting sample(s). Do the letters and/or capitals look the same? Is the signature decorated in any way? Is the signature larger than the rest of the writing? What insights can you get into the personality of a writer by examining his or her signature?

Whenever you see your mind complaining, worrying or getting anxious, just disassociate with it and focus your attention on your sense perceptions.
For example, when you get tensed, focus your attention on your breathing or your heart beats.

3.) Write up a Page of Appreciation Everyday
This is a powerful practice if one has the trust to follow it on a daily basis.
All you need to do is write up a page appreciating everything in your life in the present moment. Just focus on finding things to appreciate about what you already have in your life. Don’t focus on the things you are expecting in the future.
When you look at appreciating the present moment, it automatically aligns you with your life (which is always “what is” right now) and this alignment causes you to attract good luck.
You will notice things beginning to work out for you more and more as you begin practicing the habit of appreciating and expressing gratitude.
Your future is always a direct reflection of your state of being in the present. So you just focus on being appreciative of the present moment, your future will automatically be benevolent and things will always keep working out for you – in other words you will keep attracting good luck into your life.

4.) Believe That You Are Lucky

Become conscious of all the things you believe in and try to change the negative beliefs into positive ones. If you believe deeply that you are not a lucky person, then that’s what reality with reflect back to you.

Another simple technique is to visualize yourself as lucky. For example, think of a situation and visualize a positive outcome. Think of yourself as attracting all the right things, meeting the right people and finding the right opportunities. Visualization can be extremely powerful in changing your negative beliefs into positive ones.

5.) Read or Listen to Positive Affirmations
Write down a set of affirmations and read them out every day.

You can also listen to positive affirmations on channels like youtube. Examples of some good affirmations are as follows:
I am lucky and I attract good things in life.
Everything is perfect.
I am worthy.
I love myself.
I attract luck every moment.
I love my life.
I always make the right decisions.
I am always at the right place at the right time.
Everyday I get more and more lucky.
I have a positive vibration and hence attract positive vibes.

6.) Learn to Meditate
Meditation can help you become a calmer person and get better control over your mind and the thoughts it generates. When you have better control, you will be able to easily identify negative thought patters and replace them with positive ones.
A simple way to meditate is to sit in a comfortable place and focus your attention on your breath or a sound for a few minutes everyday. The more you practice this kind of focus, the better you will be able to understand and control your mind.

7.) Carry a Lucky Charm
According to research by Prof Richard Wiseman, rituals such as touching wood or carrying a good luck charm can change your vibration to positive and help you attract positive vibes. This was also seen to be the case by another study done by psychologists at the University of Cologne in Germany.
Instead, having negative superstitious beliefs can have a negative effect. For example, someone who becomes anxious upon a mirror breaking is setting up negative expectations as opposed to someone who does not believe in such things.

8.) Look For the Positives In The Negatives
When we look at negative events as events that help us grow stronger, our perception towards these events change. We start learning from these events and use what we have learned to grow from within. There is just one movement of energy present in the universe and this movement is one of well-being. Thinking negative thoughts, focusing on negative events, complaining and resenting what is, causes you to constantly oppose the flow of life.
