Tripcodes are there to prevent you getting mistaken by someone else of the same name. This is also a good measure, including the ID thing next to the time, date, etc., to prevent someone taking your name and trolling you or something.
And I see you managed to get a unique tripcode, so I don't need to go into detail about that.
