Lenovo tablet just stopped working (3)

I'm so pissed right now so this'll probably sound more like a vent, but it does have to do with my tablet so. I was in the middle of drawing something on my tablet when the screen froze all of a sudden and it wouldn't respond to my touch. A few seconds later the screen just went black. But it wasn't off and was still kinda alit, like if you were to pull up a completely black image. It looked like it was still on. I've tried turning it off by holding the down the power button, but no matter how long I pressed down nothing happened. It stayed on, on that black screen. I looked it up but the solutions either didn't work or I couldn't access what I needed to because the tablet was unresponsive. Now, I'm so fucking pissed because all of my digital art is on that tablet and I don't wanna lose all of it (among other things). (Well most of it I have saved elsewhere, except for the piece I was in the middle of which I don't want to have to redo or lose.) I'm hoping that if I leave it alone it'll turn off automatically or run out of battery, but I'm not hopeful and I'll have to wait to see. I guess I'm just here to vent but if anyone knows how to fix that then by all means. I said in the title, bit it's specifically a Lenovo brand tablet, if that helps. Also, I was using the app ibis paint x so if anyone knows how to access an account on a different device (without going into the main account of course) then that'd be nice too, but I doubt that

Update: I let it die overnight and it works now!! I'm syncing my ibis paint accounts as I write this. Hugely relieved

There should be button combo to do a soft reset if this occurs in the future. Something like holding the power button and maybe one other for 10 seconds.
