I'm looking to find some folks who are seriously interested in working together (pooling resources) to build air treks. We're already so very close to the technology and I think with the right set of minds we can make it happen!

Wasn't this some over-the-top super-violent and weirdly-cartoonish manga? I vaguely remember reading something like this years ago.
