this problem is about finding safemode and its stuck on automatic repair loop i know it can be fixed i just need help

Ok the problem is I’m unable to do that system restore cause I haven’t backed up recently (it wouldn’t let me backup a disk for some reason) the computer was working pretty fine until I tapped (not hold) the power button to reset cause it was lagging to respond when I wanted to turn off normally it starts doing a prepare “automatic repair screen” when to the options and and click top one and then next shows >>3

>>6 Next best bet will be the "uninstall updates" option otherwise you're going to need a recovery image file. I really can't say how a simple reset caused this sort of issue unless it crashed before it could shutdown properly.

As a last resort in a worst case scenario, you'll need to reinstall windows. In which case I hope you still have your product key.

the warranty expired 2014 so its a old laptop
