iPhone troubles? (3)

So I've had an iPhone SE for quite a few years now and everything's been fine with it until recently. I've suddenly been locked out at the lock screen and it says "iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes".
First of all, this message or error is said to only appear when the password is entered incorrectly too many times, but I remember my password quite well and secondly, when I do connect it to iTunes, I'm told I can't connect and am given the small code "0xE8000015" and the factory reset doesn't seem to work.
I thought someone here might be able to help, is there any advice anyone can give? Perhaps give any recommendations to programs that can bypass the lock screen? Anything?

Not an Iphone user nor a tech geek, but I found this article that mentioned 6 possible method to get you out of the situation. [LINK]
