Does anyone know how to make a private chat app (mobile or PC)? Maybe list some sources I could go off from, or suggest steps?
I need it to be preferably from scratch, not from another domain.
Also, password protection when you open to app would be nice (as in, a password that everyone needs to know before opening it, not a personally set one).

You should probably look into getting your hands on a boot image for windows server 2012. If you familiarize yourself with simple IT knowledge and some JavaScript you will have all you need for something like this. Also you need a server powerful enough to fit your needs. I’m not sure about the legalities of claiming the rights to a domain because I’ve never had to do it before but from what I understand it’s rather simple. Good luck.
