My brother changed the password to my laptop as a prank and now i cant get in ive tried everything an im getting nowhere. is there someway i can bypass the log on screen without factory resetting my OS? i have valuable info that i cant afford to lose :,(

Xezr0, did you try and ask your brother to give you the new password for your laptop and just let him know that you need it for work or school?

If you have a Windows disk, you can reinstall windows with your files and stuff intact. Or have them change the password.

I'll not post the link here, but there is a software called HIRENS that will let you change your passwords externally. all that is needed is a flash drive and the boot file. Google Hiren's BootCD PE
