Hmmm, lemme see how to describe it. Uhh i guess kinda like... ima take an example from Drrr. Izaya is an 'Underground' info broker. ive tried to reaserch this stuff as to what the 'underground is' but i haven't come up with much on it.

You don't just research the underground, considering it doesn't exist (digitally at least). It's just a web of people who know each other and do business, usually shady stuff.
