Um, there are a few ways to go about this, but it all really depends on what you want to do/code. 1st: You could enroll in a class online or irl. 2nd (More fun in a way and the one I have taken partly): Find a project you want to do, or think about a SIMPLE program or website that you want to recreate. But just be sure that you do not bite off more than you can chew since that is very demoralizing.

You should probably try to understand how HTML works first, which is how web pages you are looking at right now function.
Just right click and then click inspect at the bottom of the drop down. You can change the words on that page, however, once you reload the page, it will return to its original state. The reason for that is because the page is requesting it source from the server host. HTML should be the 2019 update on your chrome or whatever browser you are using. Which means that your HTML uses CSS, Java, Python, and other top programs. You should not just jump into learning a program, you will most likely feel less motivated later on. Talking to people on forums about programming is amazing, for you can always ask for tips or cool tricks. However do not ask them to teach you programming, many of us programmers are proud of our hard work and do not want to give away our efforts without being compensated.

You kind of need to be more specific with your question.

You need to pick a language to go after and stay on it, and picking the language fully depends on what you want to do with it. Trying to code a website? HTML and CSS would be your main choice. Wanting to create some nifty databases? Variants of SQL works for that. Exploring data science and easy scripts? Python, Ruby, and even basic Bash could help you along your way!

And for your other question, getting past firewalls, you'd have to be way more specific.I have a SonicWall sitting in my room right now... like that kind?
