My browser keep opening random websites, i dont know why
it looks like an ads but it's not, and if it is my ad blocker doesnt even recognize it
it even pop out when my net was off

you might've got virus into your computer, maybe something you downloaded recently. It usually comes from cracked apps, or something similar.

There's also a chance that your router has a virus, it might be changing the dns addresses. Either way someone probably wants to get your bank account so be carefull, try using a diffrent device and network for important accounts etc.
For example you can use your phone with data transfer instead of your pc connected to your home wifi.
