I visited the site. If you press the highlighted 'You' hyperlink, it directs you to an audio file, giving you the same presult as if you called the given number. The audio message is a raspy and stressed sounding voice, clouded by grey noise that reads out yet another number. I haven't went to that number that it reads out, but I do plan to. I'm assuming it's a game of sorts, to figure out a puzzle it provides. (Like the famous red ring puzzle) You can explore the site yourself, but I'd recommend you stay on the side of caution, because occasionally, dangerous malitious websites do surface that can be dangerous to your real life and privacy.
