My life is a fucking mess right now and I need a way to earn money in the future cause I'm a drop out (Due to personal issues and a language barrier in the country i'm living in) I want to learn to make apps and stuff but Youtube tutorials aren't helping me much. I need someone I can talk to and communicate with on things I don't understand. Basically a companion.

Helping me code will be a lot of work, but hey.. You'll be helping me with my future because I literally have nothing that will help me rn. No job, no friends, no money. Yeah. I can list more but this isn't about how crap my life is, it's about putting it back together.

Go on codecademy.com and do the python course. It's well made and will teach you really well. If when you finish learning it, you decide to stick to it and get a job with it, however, programming is a job where your qualifications matter A LOT, so try to find ways to get decent qualifications, or it'll be hard to find an actual job.

However, if you program freelance instead of joining a company, your qualifications aren't anywhere near as important.
