It's forbidden and punished by law in most countries.
Just don't hack.
You can obtain that "critical" information in another way, or thanks to a government official as part of an official enquiry.

if you want hacking then write that you want hacker, not someone from coding. As Hiroki said hacking is forbidden. Then if you are looking for hacker, in 18'th topis (hidden dollars BBS) is link that if u paste in chrome without TOR you will see over 10000 .onion sides (including hackers/dealers/guns).
BUT DON'T HACK, IT IS ILLEGAL!!!
