Hello, can someone help me out? I bought a new computer and tried playing League of legend, but my fps is very very low, while running the lowest configutarion possible.

I'm using an Intel Duo core 3,40 Ghz; 4GB RAM; Windows 7; motherboard Intel G33/G31; x86 bits and not sure about my cooler.
This is what I can gather, and as you see I'm not using any graphics card. Can this be the reason my fps is so low?

>>1 Not having a dedicated graphics card is almost certainly the reason. The newer Intel CPUs have pretty good integrated graphics, but the CPU you have is older. It looks like you'll have to upgrade if you want those sweet, sweet frames.
