Does anyone know how to make a chat website/lounge? A little like the dollars chat lounge if you get it.

I was thinking about posting a tutorial.

theres an app you can get on your phone, its a dollars style chat thing, theres many rooms, maybe someone could make a room called bbs dollars, or something resembling this website, and you don't need a password, you just need to type in the user name you want to use, pick your handle, and chat to strangers, its pretty cool, although I haven't been on for a while
