Okay, so my computer got a nofication saying someone used the Trojan hijack and now has access so all my stuff.... Basically . Please help me and if you can can you dumb it down to idiot level too???

The notification is from your anti-virus software ?

You can run a full check with your anti-virus software or a rescue CD, to get rid of a malware.
Afterwards, you need to change your passwords, since your computer was compromised.
And that's basically all what you can do.
Maybe, you can report the incident to the police, but it's not likely to be useful.

Then, you should consider stepping up your security (install updates, proper softwares, don't execute untrusted stuff).
Also, you can install a safer OS instead or in dual boot with Windows (I assume you have Windows, if you had a trojan). Any beginer-friendly Linux distro should be ok (excepted Ubuntu which is no longer genuine GNU/Linux).
(That's thanks to this stuff that Android mobile phones are way safer than computers. Hacks are scarce on these.)
