Uhh so u know the bar at the bottom or top of your screen that says what things u got open? like paint tool sai, google, skype, etc?
Yeah well whenever i go onto fullscreen on kissanime or youtube, it wont go away, so i have to press esc to leave and all that shit. any ideas?

That said, you could also auto-hide your taskbar.
To do so, simply right click on your taskbar and go to Properties, then check the box marked 'Auto-hide the taskbar'.
This will hide the taskbar unless you're hovering over it, and will cause it to reappear when you move your mouse to the bottom of the screen.
