Hey so I was having this problem with my labtop. After overwatch crashed,I had to force turn off my computer.I turned it back on and I found my keyboard isnt working.I turned on filter keys and turned on the option where the keys are beeped whenever pressed. When i tap the keys they do beep but dont type. I go to device manager and check the standard PS/2 keyboard and it says its functioning, but i still cant type. Aslo caps lock and number lock keys light up for a millisecond as soon as i turn on my laptop then turn off.

Try plugging in an external keyboard via usb to access the boot menu/ CMOS, then.

Sorry for the bumping of this thread but when I plugged in a USB keyboard, The keys didn't work on that keyboard either. I went to device management and saw it was connected.
Should i just reset my computer

this sounds like something is wrong with your drivers for your keyboard, try reinstalling the drivers for your input systems and see what happens ^^
