So I've haven't coded anything in years about 8 years to be exact and everyone wants a Durarara Dollars Chat Client on their windows and or Linux based Computer, so im looking for a programming language that will work with both. Any Idea's

I'd choose either cpp and qt or mono and zeromq for the networking

You should make the project open source. Just a suggestion, but it would help with distribution and the like.

i'm not sure of what to suggest or how to contribute to such a thing, but if you'll actually go through with this, i have your support 100% ! this sounds super cool and i've been waiting for this sorta thing for years. it'd probably be something like pesterchum, i take it ?
