I need help with a computer related issue. I'm stuck in an endless loop of my pc reseting. When my pc starts up it displays a blue screen and resets, then it boots to windows displays that it is preparing repair tool, then immediatly goes to blue screen. I looked up the error and it is an old display driver needs to be replaced. All the instructions start at being able to at least get to the repair setup, of which I cannot. All I need is to get to command prompt from my bios screen (if possible). I cannot find how for my computer (eMachines), and I am unable to boot from the windows 10 disc.

Then, try to run a Live system on a USB, or a optical disc.

This way, you will see if you have a hardware or software issue, and you will be able to recover your data without removing your HDD.
