I'm afraid there are no plans to publish it on the App store. There are a few reasons why:
1. If it was on the App Store, anyone searching 'Dollars' or scrolling through the app store could download it and this would lead to a bloat in users that may not necessarily understand the rules of The Dollars. It is meant for the small number of people that will go out of their way to install this.
2. It costs money to submit to the App Store, and Apple might not even approve of the app to get published, which is very likely.
