I stumbled across this article and I only could make sense of the processing based upon light. I was wondering if anyone here had an interest in it, and maybe could dumb it down a little bit. Also if there is another possible quantum computing method.
I plan to go into quantum physics in the future I just wanted to make more sense of it now, opposed to in a few years when I will be taking quantum physics courses.
Here's a link to a article about it.

In which grade are you ?

I'm currently a freshman/softmore. I'll be taking intro to modern physics next year. I will then be taking intro to quantum mechanics 1 and 2 come next fall and the spring of 2018. I'll be graduating with a major in electrical engineering in 3 years. After that I plan to take more quantum physics courses, which I have to be a graduate to do so.
I started reading Feynman's lectures on physics and I am about 1/4 of the way through the first one.
