Any game designer dollars willing to help me out? (3)

I have a project that was just assigned and is due this Thursday and I require to interview a game designer (or some other profession, but this one sounds most fun). Sorry this is late, I'm sort of freaking out too. I swear, I won't ask too many questions. It will be about trigonometry in the real world and how you use it. I know, it sounds cheesy and all that but that's what I gotta do.

Please, any game designers willing to help me by being interviewed about their use of trigonometry in their profession email me at
junohaggard@gmail.com.

I'll only ask a few questions and I'll try not to take too much of your time. It'll be more like what math problems you see when working on a game.

Thank you, sorry, all the above for reading and email if you are interested or willing to do an interview.

One thing I can think of is collision detection using circles. Take two circles with radius r1 and r2 and add them together to get r3. Then take the center points of the circles on an (x,y) plane and apply the Pythagorean Theorem to get the distance between the two points, then check against r3. If the distance is less than or equal to r3 then the objects are touching.

Please, anything would work. It doesn't even have to be commonly used. Anyone still interested, even a hobbyist or something email me? My math teacher gave me an extension.
