Hi,

I have a Mac from 2009-2010 it is a MAcbook 7.1 modell if i am not wrong. I was wondering if anyone knows how to reformat it, and if my programs will still be there after.

I was also wondering if you need a speciell CD or if any CD or USB Stick will work fine ?
since I can't find any information about it.

Or is it the same way for every Macbook ?

If you Format any computer, Mac or otherwise, You will lose all of your data unless you have a backup.

That I do know and that is the plan. But I was wondering if my programs such as pages Imovie will also get erased. Or will it still be there ? (Like the head programs I paid for ?)
