I was wondering if someone know how to get admistrator privileges with a standard account or how to turn off microsost security essential without administrator

If you can get hold of admin for a moment somehow, you can use CMD to change the password without knowing it.
Run CMD as admin, type:
net user USER *
then type the new password (It will be invisible) and confirm it (Again invisible)
DONE

If you can't there are some boot programs or you could reinstall windows...
