So, being the sexy grey hat I am, I downloaded a password cracker. I run the install program, and i read the permissions. To summarize, it says it will view all the activity on the computer it is installed in including encrypted web content as well as asking for permission to constantly send all that information to a server in Russia somewhere. I decline and close the installation, when it opens about 3 other programs i didn't previously install and didnt recognize (which were mostly in Russian,) then my antivirus exploded with about 15 malware blocked alerts. Great job on my part.
