Hey guys, I recently tried the new game Blade and Soul, attached are the requirements. When I set my graphics to the lowest, my highest fps was only 17. I believe this very odd as I can run WoW on ultra.
Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
RAM: 16.0GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 630M
I had Vsync turned off to, am I getting the FPS I should be?

Just compare your graphics card with the one recommended. See if that makes it obvious. I game a lot but run them in a toaster. So I'm not experienced in recognizing model names.

One thing that could cause problems is the OS you have.
Another reason could possibly be the graphics driver, if you haven't updated it in a while.
