Hey guys!
So i've had my samsung galaxy s4 for a few years now, and the lollipop upgrade came out like decades ago but my phone still hasn't detected any updates and tells me that my phone is up to date. I've tried googling for answers and even tried using Kies but nothing seems to detect an update. Can anyone help me?

Is this a pure Samsung version or a carrier version ?

Sometimes carriers take a lot of time to provide updates.

Im with Fido but my moms s4 updated and she's on fido as well :( I did buy the phone unlocked though, maybe that has something to do with it?

I mean, which ROM do you have on your phone ?

A carrier's one or Samsung one ? Where did the first owners of your phones bought them ?

If the phone have issue runs a carrier's ROM, ask the company about the update. And if they don't plan to release it you can still change of ROM.
