You can copy past the video's URL on http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ to convert the video.

Then recover its song's link by right clicking on the download button and choose "copy link" or something like that.

Then you just have to use this link.

Anyways, I think its because Tik Tok is mainly about short clips instead of lengthy ones. So it would be normal to think there wouldn't be any use for TikTok format conversion, imo tho, dont take my word for it.
