Just a thought (3)

So, I had this idea, but I am not sure if it has been implemented before.

As far as I know, DDOS attacks happen due to a person overloading a server by connecting to it to the point it simply can not keep up.

I might be mistaken, but this is usually done with quite a few computers and usually more than a single network involved.

All that said... My idea: Make a program that makes websites see your computer as more than one. Have it so that it uses a dummy computer to split up the available RAM and the like to DDOS a website with a single computer acting as hundreds or thousands by itself.

That exist yet?

well, first, The DDOS attack is based most basicallz in overloading the server with requests from a simgle computer, most basically consuming its RAM to an end.
I really don't see a point on what you are trying to say since what you want to do is basically making a ''mask'' to ''try'' a DDOS, since is going to have the same effect as just one computer.
and a DDOS doesn't have to have more than one computer to do it. mostly one would be enought to take down a minecraft server or whatever you are tryzing to do now.

I know a kid who used to DDOS his Minecraft server whenever they banned him, and all he did was send a string of like 16 capital "A"s with really uncommon diacritic marks over and over. He also received a bill from Charter before he started using a VPN.
