well i cannot load video's online they won't give me not one second nothing!
i can play video's on my computer but without sound with or without headphones and the volume is max but it's not on mute
is there anything i should do to fix this Java Flash Antivirus...?

i just found out this problem is not localized to just video's but all sound and music is also affected

i think i found the issue JZIP looks like a zip file controller but is malware i have uninstalled it but it is still running on my computer so i will try malware removers to try to fix this

Try to use a rescue cd, that's efficient.

***SOLVED*** jzip acted as a back door letting other viruses into my computer i installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it removed 160+ problems
i can now listen to music and video's on my computer and play video's online
