Hey, uh
It seems there's an issue with my copy of Ib, I can't seem to press any buttons to start up the game from the menu
On the download site the problem is listed as being semi-unfixable, but everything suggested online (Using the shift-numpad thing, trying different compatibility modes, etc...) hasn't done anything for me. I've tried downgrading to older versions of the game, thinking maybe the new version is just fucked.
Has anyone else had this issue/found a fix for it? Even if the fix isn't permanent I'd like to be able to play for a while. I miss this game.
I swear to god Windows 10 just doesn't like anything...

Now, I'm not entirely sure if this is the same problem, but RPG maker games have a reputation for breaking when certain things are plugged into the USB slots on your computer. I had a problem with the RPG maker game To the Moon where I couldn't control where the character moved, and it turned out to be the USB camera I had plugged in. I would suggest unplugging any USB cables except for your mouse and keyboard, then trying the game again. Hope this helps!
