So I tried going on to the Dell Support site, went through the normal procedures, then the problem came. I can't type the "Y" in my Service Tag where you're supposed to, so now I can't go for a warranty T.T Anyone tell me how to type it?

Try to type it with an alt code or write it somewhere else and copy paste it in. I have the same problem writing @ and this has so far always worked.
