So I wanted to adjust my screen brightness by just pressing Fn + arrow keys. But I found that I couldn't do that anymore, and I didn't know why. This thing on the upper left corner would show up, but it doesn't do its work. It would just pop up there but the scroll thing won't move up or down. I know that this can be ignored, but I just don't like my laptop being like this. I tried to search on Google to look for solution but I don't think they pretty much match my problem. Anyone out there who could help me? Thank you co-Dollars members! :)

I had this same issue, and one of my drivers hadn't updated properly when I updated my Windows.

This is the thread that I think I used? I'm not entirely sure, but you know what to look up now. Just look up, "Brightness won't change" on Google, and most of the forums point to drivers.

If your drivers turn out to be fine, then I'm sorry, I tried.

This definitely looks like a driver needs updated.

If not updated, reinstalled.
