I want to create a page just like dollar-bbs login page but mine with each password input lead to different link
for example input '1234' then submit lead to google and input'5678' lead to youtube

To use the script you have to install a PHP interpreter that has to communicate with a HTTP server. WAMP is the easiest software for this purpose.
