Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you know of some good and free audio editing software that would be easy to use for beginners. I've heard of Audacity but I was wondering if there were any others or if you would recommend any others besides Audacity. I need the software because my sister has to make a mashup of three songs for a school project, so that would be the main use of the software. Thanks.

there are lots if you have the time and patience to use cracks. but it's not advisable tho. :T

Fl Studio is good and you can make a trial. you could also use MusicMaker(idk about this one).

Audacity is actually the easiest in just cutting and adding songs and sounds but if you want to really use effects like fading or something, I have used FL Studio and it's quite nice but you need to go through a lot of tutorials. (there are lots in youtube. :D)
