Actual Person I've searched him. Some of his prediction actually happened. If what he said is true. We can time travel around 2030s or 40s without a care of actual impact to the timeline your currently on.

tbh never knew he was actually a real person. makes Steins;Gate more amazing I guess.

I've researched this too...he made some predictions which actually happened like jill said.

Wouldn't that be dimension traveling? Because you are going to some random timeline, let say the past and impact it, but not impact your present timeline?
In a sense you are only affecting that dimension but not affecting the dimension in which you came from.

But how could he have "impacted" our present/future, his past, if he nor we are doing anything to prevent the events he supposedly foretells? I mean, the whole point of everyone being in a tizzy over this person is because what he says COMES TRUE, right? How is he supposedly changing anything?!

Maybe he is from the future. I did research into him for an assignment a while back, and through that its actually possible that just by announcing there will be a WWIII that he has changed history
