Photoshop - Link Needed (12)

1 Name: GS-Seeker : 2015-02-07 09:33 ID:37IOk8DC [Del]

I understand it might be frowned upon, but I am looking for a link to a free download of Photoshop CS6. I recently got a new laptop and need to put Photoshop on it. Running windows 8, I am struggling to find a safe source. Can anyone help? I'm going to delete this thread once a safe source has been posted so as to not spam the Tech board. Thanks for helping and/or understanding.

No torrents, only direct downloads/file hosting sites

You want a safe, virus free download of an illegal program hosted for free by a trusted source?
Good luck with that.
In case you think it's legal to download from a single host rather than torrenting, those laws are changing very soon.

Also, you can only delete your replies on this thread, not the thread itself.

Just download a torrent and scan it to make sure it's not malicious. You're looking for an illegal means of having a software so you might as well go the whole deal and get it through illegal means.

Hell I could post a link here and have a virus that'll pop up porn ads on your computer forever, either stop being cheap and buy the software or scan numerous torrents. You're more than likely to get a virus from those File Hosting / Direct Download sites than you would a torrent.

Thanks for the input >>5, you're probably right, might as well just torrent it.

>>4 it would be nice if you could actually give a suggestion next time, and not waste everyone's time.

Him telling you it's illegal and not liking what you are doing is far from wasting time. If you didn't want to hear that type of shit, don't make what you want to do public for us all to ridicule you for.

>>7 Don't turn this into an argument thread. He knows what he did held absolutely no value, and its a similar case with your response. The amount of trashy replies on this site is actually shocking. So much for warm welcomes.

First don't start assuming you're entitled to people to only post what you feel is beneficial to your thread. What you feel holds no value doesn't matter.

We're free to post our opinion.

I don't even really know what this means. Threads house discussion, if two people disagree that's an argument if they talk about it.

When you said "No torrents", that was eliminating over 50% of your options with no explanation. Are you saying that was less of a waste of time or more valuable than someone telling you that you would have a very tough time finding that? If you explained why you weren't going to use any torrents, it would have been much more helpful.

The suggestion 'he' gave was "Your parameters are too limiting". Probably could have done it in a better way, but it wasn't a total waste of time like you said.

'Trashy replies' is quite subjective, it seems.

>>11 Can't always have the last word, unfortunately...if you try, it never ends...not even in the archives.

So, the next time someone says something dumb, don't even really reply. If it doesn't add anything, why reply back?
