Alright, so I've been struggling with a few things with creating a webpage. A very basic one. It's been a while since I've made one and I'm looking for some tips that you could give me. It would be great if this is taken seriously.

If you are coding only in linking some html's pages together...I think javascript,html and css(if you want to style it better) should be enough...if youre passing data around the site, use php...if involving mysql database...php+sql

Iframes are a big no no.
