Invalid OS-key (3)

Hi everybody. I'm helping a colleague restore her computer. She has a pirated version of Windows 7, and I'm trying to restore it back to the original Windows XP, using the key that came with it upon purchase. However, it says that the key is invalid. I haven't talked to MS-support yet. Does somebody have a clue on how I can fix this? Or if someone has a unlimited-key to windows 7 32-bit, that would be very helpful.

You may want to read this http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/end-support-help

Also there is no such thing as an unlimited key. I really don't think a pirating question is valid here.

Hi Matriotix. There is something called a Unlimited-key, but it is only used(and available) for MS-employees. And probably only high-ranking ones at that. I'm not asking for a pirated key, but a legal, valid one. But first and foremost I'm asking for help to restore the original OS :). I agree with you, that this forum is not to be used for illegal activity. Thanks for the link, I will check it out :).
