Plugged In, Not Charging? (4)

Hey guys, lately (for the past month or so) my computer has been having issues of saying that the battery is plugged in, but not charging. Literally, "Plugged in, not charging" and it has been a big nuisance for a while. Before, I would take some steps to try and fix it, and the fix would be temporary, but it would start charging again; for about a day, then go back to the issue of not charging. Now, my usual fix isn't even working temporarily. I do the usual steps, but it keeps saying that it is not charging.

Here is a screenshot of the issue: http://i.imgur.com/rJdd81l.png

If anyone has any kind of solution, please, I need help. The issue is getting worse, as now, my laptop has been reduced to practically a Desktop PC, and whenever I unplug the charger, the battery decides to take a day off.

Those are the steps I used to take that would fix it temporarily, but now they don't work any more. Is the problem my charger, or my battery?

>>3 You reinstall the battery charger's driver and it still does this?

It's probably the battery. Depending on how long you've had the computer, it's likely the battery is deteriorating and doesn't hold a charge anymore.

If you unplug the laptop and it dies instantly, it's the battery. At 92%, it should stay alive for at least an hour. If it doesn't, replace the battery.
